Are You Surrounded By
Many of our clients' spaces look just like the office pictured above.
Everybody has stuff. Many people have a lot of stuff. But when that stuff gets out of control, it becomes clutter. When clutter begins to take over your office or force you out of your living space and dominate your life it's time to call in an expert to save you from your out-of-control stuff.

Here are indications that you may need our assistance:

Are you having trouble finding things?
Is there a room you cannot open the door to get into?
Are you planning to move and have to get rid of stuff?
Do you get overwhelmed or distracted by the physical condition of your space?
Is your workspace or home so disorganized that things are getting out of hand?
Does embarrassing clutter keep you from hosting meetings or inviting guests?

Let us tell you about some favorite client experiences:

THE DROPPER, a compulsive clearance shopper, who clipped our ad from the paper. He would buy stuff on sale, bring it home in plastic bags, and then drop it in the middle of the living room floor. He called us when he could not find the rent checks he needed to deposit. We finally found the checks in the refrigerator in a small plastic bag next to the blueberries that he had purchased on the same day that the checks had come in the mail.

OPOSSUM MAN, who called when he needed help getting the snow blower out of his garage. When he opened the garage door it was apparent that there was not a single cubic foot of space left to fit into because his stuff occupied every inch from floor to ceiling. He said his snow blower was hidden somewhere in the middle. He claimed that he had organized it recently, but then an opossum had gotten into the garage one night and knocked everything off the shelves.

PANICKED, who called because she could not find a $2000 check on her kitchen table. After two hours of steadily working through a foot-high stack of paperwork on the table, we not only found the check, but also $200 in cash that she did not know was there.

We can help you get better control of your life by implementing the Clutter Avoidance Methodology:

  • DEFINE A METHOD to evaluate and organize everything;
  • HANDLE ONLY ONE TIME all paperwork;
  • Establish a USE IT OR LOSE IT policy;
  • REDUCE THE AMOUNT of stuff you keep.
